Laser Cutting

CNC laser cutting of sheet metal is an advanced metalworking method that utilizes a laser beam to precisely cut details and shape metal according to the most demanding designs. Our Bystronic BySprint Fiber 3015 laser allows cutting of large sheets measuring 3000 x 1500 mm from various types of metal, ensuring precision as well as material and time savings.

Laser cutting of pipes and profiles

Laser cutting using Bystronic ByTube is an advanced technology that allows for precise and efficient cutting of steel pipes and profiles. Our system offers high precision and speed when processing round profiles with a diameter
of Ø 10 – 130 mm and rectangular profiles with a cross-section of 10 x 10 – 130 x 130 mm.

Sheet Metal Punching

The CNC turret punch press AMADA EMZ 3610 NT enables perforation in black and acid-resistant steel sheets. Equipped with a wide range of tools, it quickly and precisely cuts holes of various shapes and sizes. Perforation can be applied to sheet metal with maximum dimensions of 1525 x 5000 mm and thickness up to 4.5 mm.

Sheet Metal Bending

We use advanced bending presses from the Bystronic brand, which ensure high precision and repeatability in bending sheet metal of various thicknesses.

Wire Bending

The CNC wire bending machine by Macsoft enables precise three-dimensional bending of wire with varying flexibility and thickness ranging from 3 to 13 mm.

Welding and Joining

Our expertise in material joining encompasses various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, MAG welding, as well as advanced spot welding techniques. We provide sturdy and durable welded joints that meet rigorous standards of quality and durability.

Powder Coating

Our powder coating facility is equipped with high-quality paint guns and an advanced powder curing system, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal of the coating. The variety of available powder coatings allows for customization of colors to meet the individual needs of various industrial sectors.

Carpentry Workshop

Our carpentry workshop is where we blend engineering with craftsmanship, offering comprehensive services for processing furniture panels and producing custom furniture pieces characterized by a unique combination of wood and metal.
